NEKSA FLOV, TOV ("Neksa Flow", "we") runs retail, rents office equipment, cars, trucks and sports and leisure goods, provides warehousing, land transport support, cargo handling, hotel accommodation, auxiliary financial services and property rental. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Hotel guests
Identity data for registration as required by law, stay dates, contacts and payments.
3. Rental customers
Identity data, driving licence (for vehicles), contracts, deposits and vehicle GPS data during rental.
4. Carriers and warehouse clients
Drivers' names, vehicle numbers, cargo documents and parking records.
5. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (registration of guests, tax), legitimate interests (security; cameras marked with signs, kept up to 30 days).
6. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
